The First Pu Shan Forum: Trump’s Election, Policies, and Global Impacts.

On January 8, 2017, the Pu Shan Foundation and the Shanghai Finance Institute jointly hosted the first Pu Shan Forum.  The theme was Trump’s Election, Policies, and Global Impacts.

Zhu Min, member of Pu Shan Foundation Academic Committee, Head of National Institute of Financial Research at Tsinghua University and former Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund; Zhang Yuyan, director of the Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), President of Chinese Society of World Economy; Shi Liya, SFI Invited Expert, Deputy Director-General of the Cross-boarder RMB Business Department, PBoC Shanghai; Xu Qiyuan, CF40 Youth forum member,  Director of Economic Development Research Division of the Institute of World Economics and Politics (IWEP) at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS); Guo Xinwei, SFI executive council member institution representative, Assistant President at Tebon Securities;  Xia Lingwu, SFI Invited guest, Vice Chairman  of Everbright Cloud Pay Internet Co .,Ltd attended the meeting.

At the forum, Zhu Min delivered a keynote speech on Trump’s Election, Policies, and Global Impacts. Zhang Yuyan commented on the speech. Nearly 150 participants participated in the discussion.

Vice Chairman of Pu Shan Foundation and SFI Executive President Wang Haiming chaired the discussion. The forum was held in strategic cooperation with the Chinese Society of World Economy.
